Read This If You Feel Lost

Today I turn 24, and I couldn't be more proud of the road here. So many dreams still ahead, but so many battles already won.

God set me down in unknown waters and walked me through one challenge after another. And we won every single one of them together, because He has never lost a battle.

A vision board: running, faith, discipline, ambition
The wall I look at when the water gets rough.

This next part isn't really for me. It's for you, for the days you feel lost.

When the current pulls you into unknown waters, and the familiar shore fades from sight, remember this first:

Nothing is static. The essence of existence is movement. Even feeling lost is part of that ceaseless flow, it's not a malfunction, it's the river doing what rivers do. So don't brace against the change. Resistance is just rigidity, and rigidity is what breaks.

Become like water instead. Formless, adaptable, and, precisely because of that, capable of immense power. Let go of the need for a fixed map. The journey itself is the destination.

Look inward. The true compass was never out there. It lives within you.

Understand your own core, your authentic self, that's your unshakable root. External circumstances shift like sand. Your inner foundation, once you've actually cultivated it, holds. And you don't find that foundation in borrowed truths or other people's doctrines. You find it in honest, direct observation of your own being.

Empty your cup of expectations and fears. Only then does anything clear enough to see arrive.

empty the cup before you ask for more

Stay in the present. The past is a lesson. The future is an unwritten chapter. Your power lives in the now, in the action you take, however small. Don't drown in what was, don't flinch at what might be.

Put your energy on the single step in front of you. Each breath, each conscious effort, is a re-centering. It's in that focused engagement with the immediate that the path quietly starts to reveal itself.

And don't fear the struggle. Adversity isn't a wall. It's a forge. It shapes you, refines you. Every challenge and every flicker of doubt carries a hidden lesson, a chance to grow. Strength is found through the struggle, never around it. So rise, adapt, and keep going.

Your spirit isn't defined by the storms you face. It's defined by your unwavering will to navigate them.

Find your freedom in detachment, not from life, but from the rigid ideas of how life is supposed to go. The path may not be straight. But it's yours. Trust your intuition; it's the inner guide that knows.

The answers you're looking for aren't out there. They're within you, waiting to be discovered.

Keep moving. Keep learning. Keep being.

The way will emerge.
